At NexBreath, our mission is to provide safe, reliable emergency airway-clearance devices designed to help protect the people you care about. Due to the nature of medical and hygiene-sensitive products, we operate under strict return and replacement guidelines to ensure customer safety and compliance with health regulations.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns
Because NexBreath products are used in emergency medical situations and come into contact with the face and airway, we cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped. This policy ensures that all customers receive brand-new, unused, and sterile components at all times.
Free Replacement for Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or includes an incorrect item, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement eligibility applies only to manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photo or video evidence.
How to Request a Replacement

Include the following information:
- Full name
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Supporting photo or video evidence, if applicable
Once verified, our team will arrange a replacement shipment.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Hygiene-sensitive products
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Items without proof of defect or damage
- Products returned without authorization
These restrictions are required by medical hygiene standards and consumer safety policies.
Order Modification or Cancellation
We process orders quickly in order to ship them as soon as possible. Because of this, we have a 2 hour cancellation window. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately. We will assist if the order has not yet shipped.
Incorrect Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout. NexBreath is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to address issues, reshipment fees may apply.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
- A verified defect for which a replacement cannot be provided
- An order NexBreath is unable to fulfill
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven business days. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
Unauthorized Returns
Any product returned without written approval from NexBreath will be rejected and disposed of for hygiene safety reasons. No credit or reimbursement will be issued for unauthorized returns.
Lost or Stolen Packages
NexBreath is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers may file a claim directly with the carrier in these instances.
